Let Someone Else Cook

Every suite has a fully equipped kitchen. It is entirely up to you whether it is ever switched on – and on some evenings, the best thing is to find someone else standing in it.

A chef comes to your suite with regional ingredients. He prepares, he plates and he explains across the pots and pans what he is doing – then he slips away while you are enjoying the last course. It is possible in every suite and is loveliest where the table is longest.

We discuss what will be served beforehand. Four courses provide the usual framework; everything else follows the season and whatever you enjoy.

Because good produce has to be ordered and a chef is not waiting on call. Ask early, and the evening will turn out the way you pictured it.
