Every suite has a fully equipped kitchen. No one has to use it, and on some evenings, the loveliest thing is to find someone else standing there.

A chef comes to your suite with ingredients from our producers. The chef prepares, plates and explains what is happening across the pots, then slips away while you are enjoying the final course. It is possible in every suite, though loveliest in the one with the longest table.

We discuss what will be served beforehand, gladly by phone. Four courses provide the framework; everything else depends on the season, what you enjoy and what you cannot tolerate.

Because good produce needs to be ordered and a chef is not waiting on call. Enquire early, and the evening can take the shape you have in mind.
