Arrive at nine and the saunas are freshly heated, while the park is still damp with morning dew. Half an hour of warmth, then your treatment, so it can have its best effect. You leave in the early afternoon.

Good to know
La Source is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm. Both options begin at 9 am and are available by reservation only. Bathrobe, towels and slippers are provided, while water, dried fruit and fresh fruit await at the buffet. All other food and drinks can be ordered from the menu. From 11 am, the sauna area is textile-free.
