Spirits have been distilled in Sasbachwalden for generations, as the schnapps fountains along the roadside attest. This experience takes you one step further: into the distillery, on an afternoon when nobody else is there.
Inside the distillery
The master distiller shows you how fruit from these slopes becomes a clear spirit: the mash, the copper still, the moment when he decides what is worthy of the bottle and what is not. Then comes the tasting, right there in the workshop, in a small group.
Your bottle
At the end, you fill a bottle that exists only once: your spirit, your label, your date.
