What is in the basket
Everything for a complete menu, prepared, weighed and portioned, with a step-by-step recipe. In one hour, a three-course meal is on your table, cooked on your own hob.
How to order
Two hours’ notice is enough for us; that is how long the kitchen needs to prepare everything. If you like, order before you arrive and the basket will be ready on the day of your arrival.
And afterwards
Housekeeping takes care of the washing up the next day. You cook, eat and leave everything where it is.
Good to know
The menu changes with the seasons. Order at reception or by phone two hours before you wish to eat.
