The Grand Circuit Above the Vines

If you choose just one walk, make it this one. It takes in everything Sasbachwalden is known for: vineyards, orchards, waterfalls and schnapps fountains.

The circuit has earned the distinction of a premium gourmet trail, and the quality of the route makes it clear why: narrow paths instead of forest roads, ever-changing vistas and scarcely any tarmac.

First come the Gaishöll waterfalls, followed by the heights above the village with views across the Rhine Valley. In between are schnapps fountains, a handful of farmsteads and traditional orchards. Over three hours, the landscape changes character time and again.

Back at the house, the panoramic pool awaits, or the sauna if your legs feel heavy. Both are already included.
